How to feel good about starting at a new school
Updated: Mar 9, 2022
Many people just assume that changing schools is easy, until it happens to them. Keep reading to discover tips on how to get past the nerves by someone who’s been to 9 schools.

In most cases, it isn't any kids dream to change schools. It's usually because of grade change or parents. For many kids, it's difficult to leave somewhere they are already used to. It's even harder to move a teen to a different high school. All the memories and friends you need to leave behind. It's no fun, I get it. But when there isn't a choice, the truth is that you need to try hard to be positive.
BE CONFIDENT
Easier said than done right? When you begin to realize that you get the chance to start over at a new place anything is possible. Try out a fresh style to boost your confidence. Get some cool school supplies ( if that impresses anyone anymore). Maybe even clean out your social media!
IMAGINE EVERYONE IS NO ONE
Life is easier to get through when you remember that people are simply just people. No matter how popular someone is, they still have problems and are still like everyone else. When you walk into school and think everyone is laughing at you, you literally shrivel. It's not a good look. Smile and mind your own business and you’ll attract the right crowd.
ORGANIZE YOUR LIFE
Get your life together for a stress free school year. Clean your room or office space. Keep things clean and clear
PRIORITIZE
The last tip I can give is to make sure you put your priorities 1st! If you spend too much time worrying about your social status instead of your school work, you could fail :(
Good luck y’all.
Oh yeah and have fun. Seriously :)
